Serpent River in Northern ontario is an important watershed.Northern First Nation communities have suffered unclean water conditions..the tail of this snake extends from 1979....forward..and is situated adjacent pictorally.beside...unstable terrain..its a warning to Ontario and the gov,t of Canada.with respect to addressing those conditions effectively as this links to Justin Biebers video clip..a Canadian citizen.
