Me and my friend and his dad is building a computer. I got all the new stuff that my friend told me to buy. We build it but when we start it! The blue light and fans turns on for 2 seconds then it makes a noise then it turns off!! Help me please !

@Victoryisalways ok,now I fixed it by getting a new Asus Motherboard and new DDR3 RAM..my is desktop PC. The problem is the capacitor on my deceased motherboard went down.So,have to replace my motherboard into a new one. The laptop,I don't know.

bro I need help! I accidentally click sleep mode on my window 7 pc and suddenly the it blackout and when I try to force shut down the pc,it suddenly shut off and when I push the power on,the only thing happen is the fan are running and the light of the led fan are on..but,at the display screen,nothing~ what happpen? now I have to ask this matter from my old alienware laptop.My PC is plays alot of games!! waaaahhh..help me?!
