Nice Lute! Can you do this suite on it? I feel this music really belongs on it's intended instrument. It adds such a light melancholic character. What do you think?

Actually that lute is a theorbo and is not really able to play this music because of the 1st and 2nd reentrant strings (octave lower than normal). It is mainly used for continuo playing in ensembles or orchestras and is particularly good for accompanying singers. It is debatable what instrument Bach intended this for but it does sound great on the lute because you are able to play the bass notes in the correct octave.

I like to hear your decision in ornamenting the portatoed notes. Good work, congratulations.

I'm not sure what you mean by portato. I believe it is a bowed string term for the re-articulation of a note with a single bow stroke. If you are talking about the repeated notes prior to the appoggiaturas then I am playing the first one staccato and the second one legato to the resolution of the appoggiatura and trying to lean a little on the dissonance of the appoggiatura.
