Indian educated claim they are the greatest (read any Indian publication regularly to know this...).

But they leave India en masse and settle in America,Britain,Austaralia....­. and never return (if there's a slight issue with their immigration they will fight to death till they win to continue there!) and still continue to claim that they are the best!
