I've had the desire for several years to make an "Effects Bass" much like this but with a Bass Sustainiac along with a Kahler to get bowed cello-type sounds with no effects and crazy lead lines like you're playing when the Sustainer is engaged. Thanks to some help/advice by a Bassist who had the same idea and has done it it's my next project up... thanks for the great whammy inspiration! :D

My Thumb 5 doesn't have low bottom on stage when slapping, is that caused by neck pickup position? your live solo is amazing, I love this post too, you are super!!
