  • I am sure you Know that Nice and Lisbon and Voting right. They can been seen in the treaty read it.... Don't believe half thoughts of the poster around. Vote Yes to Lisbon on the 2nd Oct... it is Good for our country Ireland.

  • Do, you want to be part of the Ireland politics or more concerned about The United Kingdom politics?? interesting....!, Ireland has her freedom and the Irish know a YES Vote is very important for her future as a part of Europe. If you feel Ireland should be out of Europe , Vote YES, as it will allow Ireland a way of leaving the EU. Bímis i gcroí na hEorpa .

  • I think the very fact that we are being forced to vote again should be enough for people to realise this is not the right direction for Europe...where exactly is the democracy ? I will be voting NO...again,

  • Many thanks for your answer.

I am sure that this will come to a huge relief to the brave and bullied Irish who have been told by experts on the treaty that their voting powers will be cut to 0.8% while Germany's increases to 17%.

I can only HOPE that the clauses in the Lisbon treaty/constitution for more expenditure on arms and the military are also false.

Did you know that Germany is EXEMPT from huge bits of Lisbon ? Here on Youtube : Professor Schachtschneider (with subtitles).

  • This man is a moron! Must be a Monnet Professor... How can you vote yes to a geographical area! This treaty has nothing to do with being in or out of the European Union. It is about whether or not to accept the Lisbon Treaty. No wonder no one can raise a single argument based on the actual treaty. Instead rubbish about yes to grandiose ideas that have no impact upon the real decision at hand.

  • Many thanks for you comment, But I am afraid it is INCORRECT, as with the Nice treaty Europe will base it election with 1 vote from each county as the first vote , so all countrys in the EU , small and large will have equal say.

This happins now and with Lisbon.... Majority Voting in Council of Ministers
