  • Ohh yes... The first one is brutal. I think it's called a dragon flag or sth like this and it really tears you up. I do this on Mondays only, when I'm still fresh... :D

  • ARGH... pls kids.. do not do the chin ups first... I practice Wushu.. and the arm got short due to doing tons of chin ups at 14 years old... Focus on the flexibility and agility... the muscle can come in later.. no hurry
