Look at my channel to see all the stingrays we saw at St. George. Yes my dad and i ran into some Bull sharks right near the shore. We werent into knee deep water.
The surf can get rather sharky. Last time we went out a 6 foot bull shark circled us for what seemed like an eternity. Yeah, they are out there for sure.
been there a tons of my life its my faimlies vacationlandmark and me and my dad love fishing there we catch abunh of sting rays buy we hd to left them p with acrab net lol and we cought shrks and more
ive been going to st. george since i was in the womb! the best family beach around, but anyway heres my shark story there: When i was prego i was in the water about 4ft deep and my brothers where fishing off the surf about 50 yards away when all of a sudden they started screaming at my to get out- a bull shark was rushing towards me! AHH! haha i still get in the water though and we just got back last week- stayed in Exhale
I've lived in this area for 19 years. Stingrays don't bite. They barb you with a long sharp stinger they have on thier tails. There are lots of sharks, big sharks in the Apalachicola bay and around St. George Island. You won't catch me in the water there.
last time i went to st george i saw a shark, i was like 11 and my brother, my best friend and her little sister were all down at the beach.. lol we started screaming and ran back up to the house
when I was in st george I got bit by a stingray and pulled the stinger out I had vibrio bacteria in the gash and they didnt give me antibiotics the first few days and we noticed that it started swelling up so we went back to the doctor and I also had staff horrible horrible time only 5 stitches but I leaked blood every like 2 hours
