Lack of progress inhibits a nation's potentials for improvement and advancement needed to succeed. Filipinos have the capacity to fulfill their potentials but without the means, they plateau and ends up poor. High Birth Rate is not to blame and RH or Abortion is not the solution, but on the contrary the more Babies born the better for a country because it's the population that makes for the Supply and Demand system work. I blame corruption. Make the people your priority not your fat bank accoun

Rh Bill is one of so many important policies the country needs but it is crucial to control the rapid population growth so children in slams or poor communities have better chance to get educated. Children with so many siblings in these areas are deprived of education if their parents are more concern about feeding the whole family than sending them to schools because of lack of modern family planning. Children will be productive citizens in the future if they acquire formal education.

Try funding a bill that would tax the rich more than the poor. Mas bibilib pa ko sa inyo. This RH bill will waste billions of pesos without even accomplishing anything. It's like building a house on ay foundation of sand. Why not put the countries money on sustainable economic growth bills, haven't heard any senator recommending this since it would be hard to explain to the public what fiscal stability is and it would be easier to just flaunt condoms. Just another case of grandstanding.

Instead of putting funds into this bill we should put it in "economic development'. This is a short term plan. It doesn't mean that if our population is reduced that there will be no poverty and malnutrition in the country. In a group of 10 people if none of them have 5 pesos to buy a loaf of bread all of them will starve. But if a guy with 100 pesos comes by and gives them bread, which he has lot's off, this will solve there problem.
