@enfielddnepr I think the oversimplifications (which annoyed me also) have less to do with where she's from and more to do with an inaccurate assumption that people watching the video won't understand a more comprehensive explanation. My coach is American, and she always provides demonstrations and feedback on a clear and sophisticated level.

You need the mask anytime. To get it into your head, a friend who was my age, he was playing around with his friend with foil, and poked him in the eye, accidentally, pretty much doing what you are now, I think. Killed instantly. Food for thought,
