You're right about Muni, but it's restricted to 30. BART's like 80 mph, but they are so close it doesn't really go that fast anyway.

this is cool the muni light rail train goes into the subway tunnel, every light rail train should be like this.
-
I'll take the Bus driving instead.

Bus drivers require a National CDL, which can be obtained at your local drivers center. Light rail and trains require different level of engineering skills. I know in Philadelphia, if your a light rail driver you can go to school training for about six months, if you want to drive a train, it takes at least 1 year before you are released from training and for all of these jobs you must be proficent in math,

how much skills does it require to operate a subway or a light rail compare to Bus Driver?
-
Light Rail Vechicles and Rail Trains are totally different beast, on requires a CDL (LRV) and the Trains require special training and learning rail signals.
-
Muni runs subways and as a light rail train. Bart is a heavy rail transit system.
-
It's not faster in the tunnel, because the stations are so close, there is no reason to go faster than 30 mph.
