I have an answer to the problem it is a process of elimination are the earths upgraded? have you got a battery like an optima yellow top? if those are done then it will be the alt not delivering enough current and amps. Get the alt rewound there is a company in Basilden that do it. Stick to your DLS they are superb and the sound SQ is right up there if need be see what amperage your alt can be rewoudn to. get highest amps you can the na big dry cell bat split charged. that should sort it all.

get a eficent amp like a digital or class D, u can play them all day

looks fantastic- i just have problems with elektricity. i own rockford fosgate 800W amplifier and sub with 2X12"inch loud speakers. after 2 hours of playing during the voyage - power in batery goes down under 12,74 volt and car computer is going crazy and shows many electrical mals on display... i changed both batteries, alternator(generator), and problem is still there-now i do not know if i should have an extra battery with realay or condensator...any idea??
