I like the way you have a big mixture for the crabmeat. Still yet falls short of a traditional modified crab cake, because of the lack of bread crumbs. but you do have way more. I give you a 5 out of 10 for bread crumbs. I give you a 9 out of 10 for originality and augmenting mixture with other things then just crabmeat.

A triumph, I made 16 with fresh crab meat for only guest of seven as a starter and I ran out. Love this recipe. The avocado key to great texture and taste. You should do more...really

These look really delicious! I am going to try them with an aged cheddar - that's the only fragrant cheese i have on hand.. Let's hope it's not too powerful :s

@msgypsyqueen Aged cheddar brings out a strong flavor in anything... but if not added to liberally, im sure its fantastic... let me know how that goes. Always looking to better my recipes.
