Snow in Houston 12/4/09

It's the first time ever that Houston has seen snow in December 2 years in a row. It looks like it will be quite a good snow storm, for this city at least. This is just video of when the real flakes started falling. We were getting sleet for much of the morning.

I actually have family in Mass. and I don't get up there very often during the winter, but I love the cold weather. I'm sure if I actually had to drive around or work in that it would get pretty old. I'm originally from St. Louis, so we used to see snow and miss it greatly. I'll move back north eventually.

your still better off then where im at -mass , we got 3 inches last night, thats a dusting for us i find it kind of funny cause when im on vacation down in florida, everybody has heated pools!!! while even the hotels up here do not have heated pools, yet we swim right up till the end of september , sometimes right into the first week of october, with water temps into the low 60s and if you go up to maine, even in the summer when its 85, the ocean is like 60 deg!! i call it polar bear water!

It's supposed to rain the next few days, and the pool isn't kept heated, so no swimming in there for awhile.
