Great Video, please continue to lend your voice to the cause, and encourage others to do so as well!

We could HAVE all the "Milk" and "Cheese" products we're used to IF we support the Vegan alternatives, the more we consume the larger the demand and market for them grows and the BETTER the research and investments into making those products gets!

Is this champeighn suggesting that the existance of cows and the fact that they eat and drink like all living things on the planet is damaging to the health of the planet? Should heardsmen reduce their heard size by one seventh, thereby reducing the amount of resorces needed to maintain their heards, there by reducing the amount of water they use and gases used in the process? Would doing this cause a 1/7 increase in the price of meat?

"eating only vegetables doesn't give you a skinny body, not getting enough calories does" I know that .... But most of vegetable are very low on calories, so you should take huge amount of it.

peanut butter contains aproxiamately 50% prots and 50% healthy fats. If you would take that on a cutting diet it would be very difficult. Beans doesn't have that much of proteins. Soy products contains estrogen ( female hormon ). Seitan I don't know a lot about it. Sorry my comment was a bit stupid, you are right it is possible to build muscle without meat however it will require a lot of discipline.

You do realize there are other ways of getting protein besides chicken, right? Beans, peas, peanut butter, soy products, seitan (gluten meat replacement). So, first of all, working out 4 days a week, is good.. but it's not a heavy workout routine. Second of all, you can get your protein in plenty of other ways. and third of all, eating only vegetables doesn't give you a skinny body, not getting enough calories does. why don't you google some vegan body builders?

    think they're skinny??

Sorry but can't do that :)

I eat 0,6kg chicken a day and need it to maintain muscle mass and because I work out 4 times a week.

If I would replace those proteins, I would have to replace it with carbs and too much carbs is also unhealthy and supports fat stocking in the body !! =o

And if I had to eat only vegetables, I would end upwith a skinny body => nty
