behind a plane and dissapates within a
couple minutes.

On a 107 degree day, you think the temperature is 107 at altitude? Sorry, you are mistaken. Ground temperature has little to do with the temperature at cruising altitude. It can be -50 (notice the minus sign) or even colder are 30,000 feet regardless of the ground temp. That is a demonstrable FACT.
