They are heroes regardless. The criminals were in the White House.

@fefo33065 i agree with you, however most of them didn't have a choice because of the draft. It was either a year in Vietnam or fleeing to Canada for life.
They were all afraid to lose their reputation, losing their family's and town's respect, its ignorant idiotic American society's fault, people sending their children to war, fucking sheep.

My brother came back from Vietnam in 1965, he died in the 70's from cancer caused by agent orange. he was in the 101st airborn I think. May he rest in peace.

Why do they become soldiers in a first place?
Isn't the US army an all-volunteer army?
If you pledge to be a soldier than you should be ready to die for whatever reason your superiors think is worth, right? Otherwise, don't become a soldier.

respect for all the ones who faugth for their country, and i think we may never forget this shit. It where not only american and vietcong soldiers who lost their lifes, dont forget canadian, australian and new-zealand forces.
