I the undersigned would like to express my outrage, that despite legislation prohibiting the trade in dog meat in Thailand, this cruel practice continues unchecked.

Thailand is a Buddhist nation and has a reputation for kindness. Allowing such practices to continue is destroying Thailand's reputation in the world. Occasional publicised arrests are not good enough. Dog farms should be closed and smugglers apprehended and prosecuted.

Please convey my feelings to Thailand's Prime Minister, Yingluck Shinawatra as a matter of great importance and impress upon her that I will do my utmost not to purchase Thai products or travel to Thailand until the laws prohibiting the dog meat trade are actively enforced throughout Thailand
