why does this excercise make my jaw slimmer??? doing it everyday... it is it too much so jaw cant grow??... can u help?

Hey dude, I just want to really commend you for losing the weight. I'm trying to lose weight myself, especially in my jaw reigon, but where did you get something like you have in this video, or did you make it yourself?

@cathleenesinger thanks. i'm a receiver, so i guess getting hit by a safety or linebacker won't be so bad if i can stop the whiplash.

Man, i think you have very strong bone structure, so when you lost so many fat from your face, you've got the chiselde face... I dont know, but i'm not so sure that this exercise could make face chiseled if you dont have a strong bones... Sory on bad english... cheers...:)

@Daubche Nah, my bone structure is not that great. I got small bones man. It's all in how hard you do it. For a while I was slackin and just puttin on weight. I'm lookin better now at around the same weight as in the vids, cause i do the exercises everyday again.

hi josh, happy to see you in your new post.
ive been doing your exercise for nearly two weeks i think its working. can you possible tell me how many weeks before i can see visible effects? thanks and keep posting your new video... im a professional singer and guitar player and you know being on stage you have to always look good... lol

@guitarastig Yeah, I would give it a few Months for the better results. Like with any exercise muscle building. You need around 3 months at least. But you will see and feel results in the first week or 2, just wait for more dramatic. Like with weight lifting it is a life long thing.
