You're welcome~ Lip flap is basically what it states. When a character is moving their lips, and it wasn't intended to be lip synching.

This is sort of my 'tester' for a Takari video. xD I can't seem to find much Takari clips despite downloading episodes after episodes of Digimon. I've got to watch the whole season again! :D
