@kestra79 I think it's probably because of the bulimia. You can hear her in interviews progressively get raspier, and people who are throwing up multiple times a day like she was often have lung/breathing troubles and sometimes even legions in the throat that can also contribute to coughing.

Demi on this interview sounded like she was sick , she coughed I think several times through out the interview. Well im pretty sure it was her the coughing was a little to high for any of the boys. I have noticed thru observation and instinct that when Demi coughs it's very weezy even her breathing was wonder if she has asthma I do and that's how I sound especially when sick. I know that rumors floated about her having asthma but never proven. Feb 2009 she was sick again and sounded the same.
