The current promotions allow an upgrade to an iPhone4, not to the Blackberry Torch. This is the time to switch to a new iPhone folks.

Please please let Rogers customers get this device without worrying about an upgrade. I'm not eligable for an upgrade but I still want the phone when it comes out.
