The Birds co-writer Evan Hunter talks about the original ending of the Birds that was in the shooting script but was never shot.

It would have been an awesome ending with all the birds on the Golden Gate Bridge, but it would have created a less ambiguous ending which is what makes The Birds frightening.

@mywifesafag I interpreted the alternative ending with the Golden Gate Bridge in some sort of paperposter, the way I see it :-) it isn't perfect, but I think it captures the feeling I got from the movie. Maybe you'll get a little satisfaction through that ^^! You can see it on my channel (I can't seem to post the link here). Greetings!
