Trainer Sara Licht works some more with Lila's very basic introduction to longeing. The outside distractions lure Lila's focus away from Sara, so Sara makes many requests to regain her attention and keep her interested. Watch where Lila's inside ear points to know where her attention is.
Sara sometimes puts her rope-holding hand behind her back when Lila begins to run off. This is to give Sara the additional stability of her body weight should Lila pull hard on the line. Sometimes training is not very exciting to watch. However if you tune into the details, there may be a couple of things of value. In this short session, Sara looks for a good place to stop with Lila, and then spends some "friendly touching hang-out time" with her as you can see in the last video (Groundwork with Lila (6 of 6).)
