Hunting foxes with dogs is cruel. The fox runs for hours until it dies exhausted and terrorfied, sure they're pests but humane traps and rifles are kinder and easier...

Fox's are very clever and all they really have to do is go to ground (in a den under ground) or up a tree. Although a fox hunt can last for hours it is not the same fox that is running for hours. Although I would agree humane traps are kinder I would not agree rifles are. They can be injured and not killed instantly and die only after prolonged suffering.
