  • I had no idea this was shot in English! Or is that really great dubbing?

  • This film is in English and it was never released on DVD.

  • DVD is available as of June 2011.

  • Dirk Bogarde is GREAT !!!

  • Dirk Bogarde is probably the greatest actor. I like this passage that shows how a man can slowly lose his personality.

  • @Johnny1206 he played great role in 'Victim'

  • this clip is broad casted on TV Sarajevo and titled on Serbo-Croat.

  • Where can one find the moovie?

  • This is a film of immense power. One of Cinema's greatest studies in alienation at the modern world. Borgarde was perfect for this role. There's no DVD of this film, sadly.

  • I saw this film in German dubbed to Russian, and in German version Dirk - Hermann sounds more campy, more emotional,

in this English one, I think he is dry and...somehow strict

don't know what language was the main, German or English...I've read that Dirk for this role found out any Prussian accent, then, film was shot in German???
