@OmegaRattrap You have also been invited to play MONOPOLY with edward18517 as well!

Granted TMNT wasn't made by 4kids, it was just produced by them. The people making TMNT was allowed to get a ton past 4Kids that other shows weren't.

@edward18517 Give a chance? Yes you will as you just arrived on TV! You are a brand new contestant on a game show....
MONOPOLY! Yaaay!
Roll the dice, it's paradise, but if you fail, you go to jail! M-O-N-O-POLY!
Here's the star and host of the show, Sebastian Koh!

@edward18517 I'll agree with you on that. Beast Wars and Reboot had great animation for their times. But I'm guessing that Nickelodeon had to cut the animation budget for HD and Widescreen. And hell, if 4Kids was able to make a great TMNT show, despite their reputation for editing anime shows, I'm willing to give Nick's TMNT a shot. :)

I might give it a chance, but the animation looks nowhere near as good as either show you mentioned.

@Orrenn Looking forward eh? Then you are going to be looking forward to being on TV! You are a brand new game show contestant on....
MONOPOLY! Yaay!
Roll the dice, it's paradise, but if you fail, you go to jail! Here's who's out on bail, Sebastian Koh! Are you having a nice day or what?

I'm looking forward to the series myself, though the implied focus on bladed weapons seems odd to me. Did the censors think that brutally beating someone to death with a blunt object was too graphic, and decided to give them weapons that were easier to kill with or what? It's just mind boggling to me...
Still, my confusion over the matter doesn't change anything. I like the TMNT, so I'll probably like this too. As I said, I'm looking forward to it.

@ProjectCobalt You are also a co-brand new contestant with kristallize on ......
MONOPOLY! Hosted by Sebastian Koh!

@kristallize Don't you ever say that. You are now on TV! (cheers) YOu are a brand new contestant on the game show called....
MONOPOLY! (Yaaay)
Roll the dice...it's paradise...but if you fail...you go to jail!
People, you're bitching about a 19 second teaser to a show that hasen't even aired on TV yet! Why? Because it's CG? Haven't we learned anything from shows like Reboot or Beast Wars? Those cartoons showed that style of animation isn't what makes the show good, it's the writing! Come on! It's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! Give it a chance.

Can everyone just stop talking about the original animated series as though it was some god-send of amazing quality? It was a terrible show that hooked us as kids because it was funny and had martial arts in it. The 2003 series is better in every possible way, and this version could be better still. Stop pretending that nostalgia for something is the same as that thing being good.
