I was always really mad at Dot and blamed her for hurting the kangaroo. Because she wanted to watch the Aboriginal ritual and then screamed and made the dingoes chase after them. And then she was too heavy for the kangaroo and gah!! Oh god. I'm up to the last bit. Do I dare watch it and stay mopey for days?

i always get some tears wen kangoroo sheds a tear at Dot for helping her..and plus the music....heartbreaking.

just shown this to my 12 year old son.he thought it was funny.sure brought back memories of when i watched it many years ago.i could still remember the chorus.would love to get a copy of this film because not only is it fun but its educational.
