When design and family feeling meet science, research grow up. With this intent Brembo inaugurated in Bergamo, Italy, a new building which holds main quarter office and factory of the company. Brembo is one of the worldwide biggest and most important motorcycle and car brake makers. The name of the building is Red Kilometer and it comes from a wall red coloured which covers a distance of 1000 meters (1 km). That wall is a side of the building and the red colours call on the concept of fire and fastness. All around the building there is a wide park with trees and maybe one day some animals to create a relaxing atmosphere for the employees. The quarter is similar to an American scientific Campus and has been projected to looks exactly like that.
