Everybody... coal tar shampoo is the cure. I had this same problem since childhood. I'm totally cleared now. Used to scratch my head till it bleeds and my floor will be full of flakes. The shampoo is also not expensive. I bought it from a skin centre. Remember the shampoo must contain coal tar. Anti-dandruff shampoo will not work. Please try!

i can totally sympathize with this guy's pain, and i know it's wrong, but i just want to scrape off some chunks with a brush. in all seriousness, there was an episode on "embarrassing bodies" (also on YT) that discussed de-scaling products and shampoo, and the REAL causes of psoriasis, not a catch-all such as a lack of herbal supplements and eating HFCS. i had cystic acne when i was younger. diet and the number of times a day u wash have nothing to do with skin diseases. they are what they are..
