This is representation of CODAR on shortwave with a center frequency of about 4756khz. A lot of hams have questions about this when they see it on the Websdr's.

CODAR stands for Coastal Ocean Dynamics Applications Radar, which measures surface currents on the ocean.

The software is SDRSharp ( SDR# ) and is available for free from http://sdrsharp.com/downloads/sdr.zip

The radio being used is a KB9YIG Softrock Ensemble II RX with a Asus Xonar D1 @ 192khz
