i swear, this video game is 1 thing. a masterpiece. one december day, it was my birthday, i was hoping that id finally get this game, and i did. when i started playing, my life changed. square enix has out done themselves. if someone were to make a better game than this, than that would be just pure madness. dragon quest will stay in my heart forever. this is the best game ever, and nothing can change that fact. all that cod and ff crap will never stand up to something like this! thumbs up!

Ah, Dragon Quest VIII. The game that irritated the f*** outta me because of all the grinding. LOL, just kidding, but seriously, this game is wonderful. I really missed out on most of the great games of 2005-2006.

Everyone has there Dragon Quest story, and this is mine. I just moved to my new house in Pennsylvania and my birthday was coming up and I got this game. I saw it at the local gamestop and was like eh, seems ok. So I got this game from my dads friend and was like oh cool. Popped it in and my mind was literally BLOWN away. I was stuck at the first boss lol, then I learned the purpose of grinding on en enemies to become stronger. Ever since this game I've played 3 other DQ games and hopefully more!

dragon quest games have always been good games, and always enix have done good work on them

i just hope they don't mess up the series with dragon quest X being an mmo =w=
