WHO needs your permission! Where were you circa 1600?! ... if you are serious, your view has been like that of an arrogant pompous jerk. We have seen tons of your comments, and it seems like you enjoy using some "deceptively complicated" language
to de-grade or detract things you dont enjoy or understand. Quit that junk "smithsherman" :[ you should Acknowledge Their Effort*

@TheLemessager Don't be disheartened by the Chopin fanatics. Life and art constantly builds upon itself.

@TheDionysiac That's perfectly fine, I might prefer baroque music, but composer's don't come much better than Chopin. Merry christmas to you too
Beautiful piece and playing. When was it recorded? Thanks for uploading.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
If his view of Frescobaldi were to be correct, then Frescobaldi was a superficial and boring metronomish pedant of the 20th century.

So which performer actually gives us a correct view of Frescobaldi, specifically this piece?
Superficial and boring metronomish recordings are .midi tracks. And this recording as far from being such a .midi computer generated track. I think Leonhardt does a lot of special things timing wise and with his articulation.
