Dennis Nguyen: Valedictorian Speech

This is my speech I gave at my graduation. This is the second speech i wrote because my first speech was deemed too informal and comedic. Chill out on the hateful comments cause its bloody obvious that I was extremely nervous. I left out a couple of words and phrases so it might not make sense at some parts, but you get the point.

To anyone who thinks being valedictorian means nothing, I have to say you're dead wrong. All of the hard work I put into every test i took, every essay i wrote, and all the assignments I completed was definitely meant for something. School was the one thing that I truly felt i was good at, so being able to say I was ranked first in my class of over four hundred others gives me the greatest feeling in the world. This will go down as one of the most memorable moments of my life and no one can take it away from me.
