another cheap one is a spa day... without sending your wife to the spa.
Send the kids to grandma's (or anyone who will watch the kids for free), light a bunch of candles (cheap dollar store candles work just fine), get out the lotion/baby oil, and give her a good massage.
And if you make her up a bubble bath first (put on her favorite radio station, her current book she's reading, and/or add the ipod, light her a bunch of candles, use air freshner for scent,and dim the lights), she'll love it!
