I think that the more pressure a society is under the better it is at producing art. That's why the 80s ROCKED to well. The COLD WAR was RADGING then and the struggle was most intense because the Soviet Union was loosing ! AS the struggle reached an end the pressure dramatically increased and so did the INTENSITY of it's art !!!!!
