He shouldn't even have "warm up" in the title. The only reason to do the plyometrics before the weights is because you won't get any power if you do them after. If you don't do a real warm up before these you will tear something seriously sooner or later.
Very good info! This type of videos are very valuable, since theres too little focus on that type of training if you are not some kind of competing athlete at the elite level...
