@PaulLovesGod I guess ignorance makes trying to discredit something a lot easier. Since you obviously know nothing about Evolutionary Theory, or the Scientific Method whatsoever you can sit smug in your chair and proudly proclaim that you want the youth of America to be just as ignorant as you. Intelligent Design is a religious plug and completely false. It has absolutely no data to back up it's position, can not make any predictions, and does not fit with any empirical evidence.

"Intelligent design" is a far more intelligent and reasonable assumption than "it all just happened to come together like this by serendipitous natural selection" Darwinism!
I'm for teaching creationism ONLY. Belief in evolution as explanation for how we got here is totally absurd--and credible only to someone who refuses to admit mankind's inevitable future accountability to the Creator! But, denial will not delay the inevitable judgment to come.

ID isn't a theory. In more than 20 years of Intelligent Design "research", they managed to present a testable hypothesis about once. And it was falsified. It was demonstrated that intellignet design was not detectable in natural objects. It has also been shown that every single item they used to call "irreducibly complex" was fully evolvable by natural, unguided processes. They have nothing but an agenda to get sectarian religion taught as science. The game is over. ID is politics, not science.
