you could replace his character design with Cid Raines (plus voice), make him look half guado looking with some veins and he's a perfect looking villain.

Keep the psychopathic rage that you have against the entire world though. That's always a keeper in Final Fantasy.

In all honesty, if Seymour dress a bit less puffy (makes him look fat even though you can see a six-pack) and didn't have that high pitched weird voice, I would think he'd be one of the coolest characters. He is cool-ish, but those traits just bring down his character, I mean besides being psychopathic (which I think is kinda cool)
