thank you. my doctor said i need vitamin k so that's one reason why i stop and the other is that i hate tasting pills everyday. i am so happy that i can take pills again.

You have done an amazing job so far. Keep up the good work. My surgeons group makes us crush, chew or take liquid vitamins for life for optimal absorption. Other pills we can swallow.
