  • actually, what i meant to say at the end of the previous comment(after some research) was:

is transposing needless in this, since it is in concert pitch(right?). all i know is how when i played trumpet, it was Bb, so i don't know how orchestra is, but if i am right, it should be C which the guitar is as well.

AND BY EXTENSION, were you just learning by ear?!?!?!? i just realized that there are a lot of recordings on the internet that anyone can just go listen to and learn.

  • @Twixgtx 1. I was following the exact score (minus one note because of unwanted and mysterious feedback that occured whenever it was put in with the initial chord) so i did not use power chords. Another reason is i generally dislike the juxtaposition (placing side by side) of power chords due to music theory reasons (parallel 5ths).

  • @Twixgtx 2. I made the video a year and a half ago and was not as picky with timing or quality of the audio as i am now. That along with me having just gotten hold of playing the guitar somewhat well when i made it may have more to do with the hecticness than the distortion. I enjoy using distortion because it allows all pitches to have an equal opportunity of being heard instead of just the top and bottom notes, so sorry but the distortion stays because of my personal preferences.

  • @Twixgtx 3. Transposition is only used with, in classical orchestras, Bb trumpet, french horn, and clarinets. String instruments are in concert pitch along with low brass and woodwinds (not clarinets). I only played the beginning of the movement, (and do not plan on continuing because of the many parts i would need to learn which WOULD become overly hectic if played with distortion) so the first chord is written for woodwinds and horns and the rest of what i played is for strings.

  • @Twixgtx 4. I could figure out the majority of the excerpt I played by ear but I decided to look at the score, which is easily accessible, instead to prevent flaws that would inevitably occur. If you would like to see the score, search "IMSLP" in google and click the one that says "Petrucci Music Library," then search Beethoven in general search instead of composer search because it takes you directly to Beethoven's page. Look for Symphony 7 and then scroll down that page for "II. Allegretto."

  • Horrible, asqueroso, A vos te parece tocar esto? No te da verguenza hacer esto con una pieza tan sublime de beethoven ? No entendes nada.

  • @saintcris1 me explico como esto es diferente que un transcripcion de la pieza para otros instrumentos

no cambió ninguna nota, sólo los instrumentos

  • just my opinion, but you should use some powerchords instead of just harmonies for the bass notes. it could bring out the highs a whole lot more. this isn't clean, so it sounds very hectic. i would imagine using less recordings with distortion since it gets hectic with more tracks. you don't gotta listen to me, i'm just suggesting.

one question, have you completely transposed it or are you working on it? or is that needless? i don't know how orchestra music is written i know brass is in Concert

  • @Deathization perdon por escribirte asi jaja, si son las mismas notas no es a lo que iva mi querido amigo.

  • @victorjlt no sé si voy a hacer otras sinfonias...
