Samburu leaders accuses govt of neglect

Samburu leaders are accusing the government of neglect following rampant cases of cattle rustling between the community and the neighbouring Borana. Samburu East MP Raphael ltimalo says so far three people have been killed in the raids and the government is yet to investigate the matter or boost security forces.
