David Ruggles' Lodgings: Anti slavery pamphlets were written and sold at 36 Lispenard Street & Church Street, which also acted as a meeting space for the Committee of Vigilance, and a safe refuge for Frederick Douglass and others along the journey to freedom. This is the 3rd location in this New-York Historical Society tour.
