It's actually not a Celine Dion cover...it was originally written for Meatloaf and she had to gain permission to use it.

well, this song isnt a cover of Celine, because this song was written for meat Loaf... but well, the fate.. this song was for celine, but now, meat Loaf make a perfect song.... with this styile of story of love and sadness, this guy is really great!, Marion is a good singer.. too

well... when jim steinman and meatloaf were writing songs for the album bat out of hell 2 they only wanted one big huge hit (i would do anything for love) so they could have one on their next one. (this song) and everyone lived happily ever after lol.. jim steinman let celine dion cover it...not sure why but he did.

Meat Loaf Has a great ability to produce beautiful songs and Marion just adds to it. I love this song and will definately be playing it on my radio shows duet three of a kind
