This is not true improvisation. Its all sheet music.

You are wrong.
This was improvised just from a leadsheet (melody with chord symbols only. If you had read the information on the video, you would see that the transcription was of my improvisation - I recorded it as a midi file as I recorded the video and a computer program later translated the notes I was playing into (more or less) readable notation and I added these to the video.
