i don't see what all the hate is about something as trivial as a website layout. it'll change, you'll get used to it eventually and everyone will go about their business as usual. it's not a federal fucking issue, dude.

@leafgreenbeast Now go leave that comment on the other 3,000 videos protesting against the forced layout. Its an issue for me Cause I have videos on youtube.. I have almost 4 million views across the board. Which isn't a lot on youtube standards. But I like the current design of my channel.. Its set up to be easily navigable, and I have given it a personalized feel.. The new layout design isnt as free or open... It almost feels strangled or constricted.

@rothril You think that's bad Iv'e been spending years constantly working on my layout and now all that time was wasted so I can now look like everyone else. I already tried working with the new one, it's far from customizable compared to the current and the biggest problem is that it looks like just another stupid blog site, really simple grade school work.

@MarlonBlazed Exactly. My channel looks very nice in my opinion.. I got all the colors right, and you can actually see the background image... unlike the new layout which has that giant block in the background..

No offense but speak for yourself, the new layout is actually good, much more organized then the original layout. Besides, youtube is not going to not implement this layout just because of a small minority, the change is happening, with or without you.

@Dantakurasaki It isn't a minority. check the forums, or listen to everyone else. You are the minority. Link me to at the very least.. Just one group.. or just one forum that supports this change.

@kendoness Yes, the 1 out of 10 people who are at least going to try and at the end of the day be able to pat themselves on the back and say they did there best, compared to the 9 of 10 individuals who don't have enough individualism to care, and are stuck in their non-creative left-side brain will have nothing, just keep going with the flow.

@carl056 It is there right.. yes it is, I never said it wasn't. Doesn't mean Ill sit idly by too weak to have a voice. If they want to change, they can, but im going to tell them not to all the way til the very end even If I loose, cause at least I can say I did my best.

I support this. They're being civilized with their opinion. So what, if it's important to them, then it shouldn't be a problem for them to voice what they think. Besides, people staying silent or not doing anything just because don't think they will make a difference, is exactly why things don't ever change, and they still feel they have the right to complain. At least you know you tried. If you don't support them, then don't say anything. If you do, then like the video. It's as simple as that.

Let me put it this way.  For every one that complains about it there's probably ten or more people that don't care or like it and are just being silent about it because they know it'll likely happen just like the others. So I hate to burst bubbles, yet we're going to keep moving forward. I hope you join us.

this is stupid, since when do we get a say on a layout? This isn't a right. it's the owners right to change the layout as they see fit.
