epa is bullshit, I got no experience with other model cars, but i know for sure that NO R33 skyline can make it through epa testing standard or modified, unless the modification is to severely reduce the exhaust gas flow to a fraction of the standard flow. EPA is shit and a bullshit excuse to defect a car when standard cars cannot pass it. Even 5 year old hyundai excells struggle to pass an EPA exhaust inspection.

EPA test... if you pass it, and drive off, a cop can just defect you again, and you have to go again pay $500 or whatever to get it re-tested. EPA certification of your exhaust means nothing and is still defectable if the cop believes that its illegal.
