Zephania is an abrevation of the end of time. Defining that God promises to do everything that he has stated in Revelations. The heathen wisges to discount zephania's words because they are harsh, but they are true. As we all know the truth hurts, especiall knowing that you will be destroyed. Notice that God has distinguished Judah from man, beast, fowls and fishes , which he intend to destroy utterly.
