The guy yapping away on his cell phone is an ASSHOLE. Shut up or go outside. You're practically as loud as the band, or at the very least more distracting. I paid to see weird al, not to listen to you have an inane conversation with someone I can't see or hear. Do you do that sort of things at funerals, weddings, movie theaters? TURN YOUR SHIT OFF OR IGNORE IT!

No idea. It must have been someone standing nearby. I didn't really notice it while I was there, but I heard it when I got home and listened to the video.

Thanks for posting this, I loved being able to relive that concert. I'm surprised I didn't notice the camera, or did you use a cellphone?

This would be really cool except for some guy's voice that plays for about half of the video. It sounds like the guy's on the phone, too. Other than that, this is a cool video.

I know some of that talking was the Summerfest people over the loudspeakers in the backgrounds telling everyone to leave the grounds, since it was after midnight.
