Well, if Palin says the birthers are right, that's proof positive that they're wrong. She's as big a MOron that ever lived and I'm including people who have had two-thirds of their brain blown away, have a severe mental illness, or were decapitated and are on life support. Of course I'm sure anyone with just half a brain will disagree with me, but fortunately people with whole brains will agree.

Birthers are obsessed with whether obama is american and whether obama is a muslim or a christian.
Neither of these things should matter, it makes no difference. The only reason this is even raised is because birthers can not stand to see a man with black skin as president.

Well, you know.. I agree that anyone who's employed in any job in the US should be able to prove his/her eligibility for the position. - no argument there. But - the fact that the birthers have to reach for something like that to discredit Obama shows their desperation (and stupidity), and reveals the stereotypical xenophobia that right-wingers have. Not surprisingly, even though he has shown the birth certificate, there are those who continue to refuse to accept it.
